About

Corsham House is a restaurant and wine shop, with eleven cosy bedrooms upstairs. Sitting on the town’s historic High Street, the British brasserie will serve food and drink all day alongside a chunky wine list.

Bedrooms: https://www.corshamhouse.com/stay

Above the brasserie are eleven comfortable bedrooms with some rooms featuring sash windows overlooking Corsham’s pretty high street.
Each bedroom is decorated in a restful colour palette, fitted with Georgian oak furniture and the bathrooms are well stocked with locally-made Bramley products.

Our eleven bedrooms are cosy and characterful, painted in colours chosen together with our friend Paddy O’Donnell, from Farrow & Ball.
The classic interiors offer views of Corsham’s listed High Street, with the old Bank Managers Sitting Room (Room Six) having a particularly lovely bay window.

Each room is a little retreat, balancing the quiet of a Georgian townhouse and the pedestrianised highstreet, with the pleasure of a bustling brasserie just downstairs.
On the bed, there's goose down bedding with crisp Egyptian cotton sheets. In the bathrooms, you will find locally made all-natural Bramley products, and on the walls internationally sourced 20th Century artwork, discovered in galleries and auctions.

Brasserie & Bottle Shop: https://www.corshamhouse.com/eat-drink

Burgundy banquettes and a warm brass glow is the backdrop to delicious food and great hospitality.

Rooted in the traditions of the brasserie, making the most of our abundant South West larder, menus move from afternoon snacks and small plates to larger dishes.
James Harris brings his flavour-led cooking from The Beckford Bottle Shop, to Corsham House, adding bold, modern depth to old-school British favourites.

At the bar, classic cocktails and bar snacks are served, and in the shop, dine among the bottles with the chance to sample the shelves.

Corsham is a relaxed market town of Georgian buildings and independent shops - close to open countryside, yet within easy reach of the city. From Corsham House, it’s an easy walk to Corsham Court and its parkland via the historic high street.
Further afield, explore the film-set villages of Castle Combe and Lacock, the famous Cotswold countryside or head into Bath for galleries, theatre, shopping or game of world-class rugby.
