Using fresh produce from the walled kitchen garden and local suppliers, the kitchen brigade produce a whole range of delicious dishes. You can enjoy a lunch from the a la carte menu in the Orangery (with children’s menus available), scrummy afternoon tea in the dining room or on the terrace, early evening family dining, or fine candlelit dining from the Market Menu in the restaurant. During the spring and summer the relaxed Hideout Bar & Café at the top of the glamping site also opens for pre-booked light lunches as well as pizza teepee and BBQ pop ups during school holidays.

Make Afternoon Tea a family affair or a special occasion, with freshly baked scones (and clotted cream and jam), cakes and patisserie by our pastry chef, along with the finest loose leaf tea served from white china. Children get cookie with icing on the site to decorate it (shapes are changing depending on the season), a cake, scone, sandwiches and crudites.

Sunday Lunch is a rather special meal at Woolley Grange. Best to book in advance! Once you’ve enjoyed your meal have a stroll around or play in the 14 acres of grounds. See the produce growing in the Victorian walled garden, meet the chickens, rabbits and comical Indian runner ducks, have a play on front lawn with football nets, classic garden lawn games, giant trampoline and swing or venture into the nature garden to spot the fairies. If you pre-book, there is also, subject to availability, 90 minutes of complimentary childcare in the Ofsted registered Woolley Bears Den, allowing mum and dad time to chat, read the paper or enjoy a coffee in peace or even have a spa treatment!
