About

Each of the six, newly-restored, en-suite letting rooms are simply and stylishly decorated in a calming, neutral palette with pops of colour in keeping with the pub’s character and charm to achieve a cosy, home from home vibe. Each room is furnished with comfortable king size beds, Egyptian cotton sheets and featherdown duvets, handmade lampshades and luxurious sustainable toiletries from Land&Water.

In a convenient location, just off the A303 in the village of Zeals, The Bell makes a perfect stopover for those en-route to the West Country or on their way back again. However, we’d recommend staying a couple of nights to enjoy all there is to see and do in the area including Stourhead House & Gardens on our doorstop, Longleat House & Safari Park, Stonehenge and Salisbury Cathedral.

After a day of exploring, The Bell is the perfect place to wind down with a pint or two and a hearty meal.  “Portions are ridiculously generous and so tasty you’ll wish you could lick the plate.” Susan D’Arcy, The Times 2023.
