About

Not just a tailoring shop...

'A family home in Henley-on-Thames, with its proximity to London, created a natural link between city and country style, and this balance remains at the heart of Regent today'

Located in the beautiful medieval City of Salisbury and with 20 years of family craftmanship like nothing else is Regent. Spanning across three floors, seven individually themed rooms offer a treasure trove, and a one stop shop for clothing, accessories and gifts. Ranging from heritage and iconic style, to functional and practical. Regent Tailoring stock a range of brands, bespoke clothing, accessories, and grooming products, as well as styling advice and consultation. From Baker Boy caps, to Red Wing boots, Filson, Aigle knitwear, and Edwin jeans, the shop offers a unique experience, and the chance to broaden your wardrobe needs. You may even be able to spot some secret stunning views of the famous Salisbury Cathedral.

The Ground Floor
The ENTRANCE ROOM provides a warm welcome and a snapshot of what Regent offers: from socks to cologne, Cuban cigars to the ever-changing shop window displaying the best new brands and garments, here’s your perfect one-stop shop for incredible gifts. The MINT ROOM is located past the unbeatable range of ties. Dedicated to timeless heritage style, where you buy once and buy right. From the English countryside to the Ivy League, this room offers essential menswear rooted in sartorial savoir-faire, as well as a capsule ladies’ wardrobe. In the BOILER ROOM you can find staff booking in new stock - and, if you ask nicely you can even buy a bottle of gin.

The Middle Floor
Up the first set of stairs you’ll find the SMOKING ROOM with the ultimate smart-casual capsule wardrobe for the town or city gent. Fine leather goods, shoes, blazers and button-down Oxfords - this room offers simple, iconic style rooted in their own Regent range of quality clothing. The STUDY is the hive and heart of Regent where your suit and personal style comes to life. Featuring classic suits which are bespoke or ready to wear, a wide range of the finest cloth, braces, ties, plus their expertise and advice, there’s everything that you’ll need to feel your finest.

'It doesn't follow a straight line... Instead, it's a collection of moments, some planned, many not, stitched together over time'

The Top Floor
On the top floor, there is the EXPLORER’S ROOM, introducing you to new, specialist and technical items for the explorer and outdoorsman. From hiking, trekking and gardening, to some outdoor wear-style for the city cynic, there are clothes, tools and travel bags to give you the itch for an adventure.

Finally, the GAMES ROOM is the contemporary style tardis: the essence of London, Paris and New York distilled into one room. An ahead-of-trend range featuring your next favourite brands as well as classics such as Edwin, Filson and Red Wings, Regent search for and select the contemporary and the cutting edge so that you don’t have to.

'It’s almost impossible to walk out of this great man’s shop next to Salisbury cathedral without a purchase or two. Every item is well crafted from original materials whether it be their own ranges or clothes sourced elsewhere. Prices are fair for the quality but their advice is there strong point. Many suits measured for me over the years, but today it was a waxed jacket and a tweed gilet.' - Tom Hunter

'Jason and his team have a superb shop with a huge variety of interesting items; if you are in Salisbury this is a must visit. I was measured for a suit and have been amazed at the quality, fit and design. Thank you so much.' - Matt Breeze
