Enjoy kicking off the festive season in the charming market town of Corsham, as the beautiful heritage high street is filled with Christmas sparkle.
With lots of fun for all the family, this free event will have live music, fairground rides, market stalls and plenty of Christmas cheer!
From 3pm, a Christmas market will line the high street, with local businesses offering a range of fantastic Christmas gifts, including crafts, jewellery and artisan food treats. There will also be plenty of delicious hot food and drinks available, to keep your hands and bellies warm!
Live music will take place throughout the afternoon, as Rock Choir and Corsham Windband perform at the Martingate Centre. Brilliant local band the Clones will perform on the main stage outside the Town Hall before the switch-on at 6pm, with Bristol-based Latin dance act the Shingalings performing afterwards.
There will also be plenty to keep the little ones entertained, including traditional fairground rides, and an appearance from Father Christmas himself in his grotto.
Either travel via the twice-hourly 231 bus service from Bath or Chippenham, or take advantage of the 2 hours free parking in the Newlands Road, Post Office Lane and High Street car parks.
