Midnight Walk

About

Our fabulous annual Midnight Walk is back with a swing in Bath on Saturday 5 July!

Join Dorothy House for a night of walking, talking and dancing to raise much-needed funds. This year, our two routes are back. We have our usual 5K walk plus a 10K route for those looking to push themselves! Check out the route map.

Pyjama party in the heart of Bath
2025 is all about pyjamas, as we host the biggest PJ party in town! Get into the bedtime spirit by snuggling into your own pyjamas, onesies and dressing gowns or how about you upcycle some gorgeous nightwear from one of our Dorothy House shops?

The Midnight Walk is for people aged 12+ and starts at the Bath Pavilion. Arrival is from 9pm, with time to enjoy food and drinks, plus the fun and funky warm-up with Cheryl Sprinkler from Mojo Moves. Our 10K walkers will set off at 10.30pm, followed by our 5K walkers heading out at 10.45pm, enjoying the sights of Bath on a wonderful summer's night!

All the walkers will arrive back at Bath Pavilion around midnight, where we'll celebrate your amazing success! The event finishes at 1am.

Raising vital funds for our Hospice at Home service
This year, the money raised from the Midnight Walk will fund our Hospice at Home service. 10pm is the time that our amazing Hospice at Home team start their critical shift caring for patients in their own homes. Around this time, you'll be starting your warm-up, so you can really think of the amazing Dorothy House staff who are putting in their essential night shift to support care in our community.

We're asking each walker to aim to raise a minimum of £50 for Dorothy House. This could fund two hours of overnight care, provided by one of our compassionate, skilled and experienced Hospice at Home carers.

Raise over £100 and be entered into our fabulous prize draw!
Special for this year, if you raise over £100, you get entered into a draw to win a cream tea and a bottle of prosecco!

Event highlights:

- Free drink upon arrival
- Fully marshalled 5K and 10K routes around the beautiful city of Bath
- Live (and lively!) warm-up entertainment
- Numerous stalls, including an environmentally-friendly face paint bar and a photo booth
- DJ bringing in the party vibes!

We can't wait for you to join our night of celebration for an amazing cause!

Guide Prices

We've now launched our exclusive Early Bird entry for the Midnight Walk at a special price of £17.50 (which is 20% off!). The standard price will then be £22 and this will come into effect on Wednesday 2 April.
