Stonehenge Farmhouse (formerly Stonehenge Hostel) is a spacious, group-friendly accommodation venue in Wiltshire, located just 10 minutes from Stonehenge and 15 minutes from Salisbury, with easy access just off the A303. Open year-round, it provides a flexible and well-located base for group travel.

Sleeping up to 70 guests across 14 rooms, the farmhouse offers a mix of ensuite and shared facilities, along with comfortable communal spaces including a lounge, conservatory, self-catering kitchen and large outdoor areas.

Set within a rare breeds farm and vineyard setting, the property offers far more than just accommodation. Guests benefit from free entry to Cholderton Rare Breeds Farm during opening hours, with opportunities to enhance their stay through animal experiences and seasonal activities.
Group catering is available with pre-booked breakfast, lunch and evening meal options, including takeaway breakfasts and packed lunches. An adjoining café is open daily, ideal for rest stops, with step-free access to facilities.

Guests can also enjoy a tour and tasting at the onsite Bluestone Vineyards, showcasing English sparkling wines produced on the estate.

Public Transport Directions

Public transport can be tricky. Taxi from Amesbury is around £10-£15. There is a bus from Salisbury but this will take around 1 hour 20 minutes with a 20 minute walk from bus stop. Driving is advised. Plenty of free parking available.
