Recipes: Spaghetti Bolognaise and Lemon Biscuits

Description:

We have this Summer holiday week our 11+ cookery session.

We will be making Spaghetti Bolognaise from scratch. Firstly the children will be making their own pasta and will be using the pasta machines. Then they will prepare the vegetables and cook the beef or quorn bolognaise with a delicious tomato sauce.

We will be eating it here in our dining room. For a sweet treat we will making Lemon Biscuits. They will take the biscuits home so please bring along tupperware.

Important stuff:

All children are dropped off and left with us for the duration of the class. There is a parental consent form to fill in when booking your child onto the class. Please let us know if they have any specific food requirements, health or educational needs so we can offer the best possible experience for them. Our holiday clubs are a fun and safe environment with up to 16 children attending, they are noisy and busy.
