A unique, immersive, aromatic experience. Frances Bartlett, Co-founder of EssènciesCat and international Cellist, presents Aroma Space; incorporating the symbology and language of Pine essential oils with music into our senses. INCLUDES: 3 hour workshop, Guided tour of Hale Park, FREE BONUS material & FREE entrance to DREAM ME GREEN concert at 7pm. We will experience: How to 'become Pine',
using meditation, visualisation and gentle breathing techniques that deepen our connection to Pine and our innate 'power of being vertical'.
We will experience deepening Peace : Pine is traditionally the tree of peace. Through balancing ourselves and becoming 'Aligned with Pine', we will recover our sense of resilience, strength, open our senses & receptivity to the human & non-human communities surrounding us.
Spending 3 hours in the exquisite Hale Park Estate; relaxing and being inspired by such a glorious hidden gem on the edge of the New Forest. Plus a guided tour by the owner, Mr. Sloan Hickman!
