We welcome Caroline Wrench as a new Guest Tutor. She is a creative, colourful and vibrant cook with over 20 years of experience of cooking for variety of customers.
In particular she loves making food look good and is always keen to use edible flowers (from her garden) to enhance the visual appeal of a dish.
In this session, she will help you perfect some stunning dinner party dishes that will wow your friends and family - but not keep you tied to the kitchen for days!
What will I learn to cook?
* Mini puttanesca puff pastry bites
* Pea & mint panna cotta with crispy pancetta & melba toast
* Cod with slow roasted peppers with a lemon & rosemary crumb
* Warm green bean salad with sugar snap, petit pois with a toasted hazelnuts and orange dressing
* Cherry, chocolate & cinnamon cake with cinnamon cream
