Description: We think these are essential Mexican Dishes! You really can't beat Burritos and Churros for a tasty Mexican dinner and this class introduces you to some of the spices used when making a Chilli – using a choice of Galloway Beef, Quorn, Beans or vegetables – you just need to tell us which you prefer when booking.
Making the Burritos with fresh flour Tortillas makes it even more delicious and then we even make the sauces to top the Burrito with ( did you know that the reason Tex Mex restaurants use Guac, Salsa & Soured Cream on top is because these are the colours of the Mexican Flag?!)
What more could you want than a healthier version of Churros with a naughtier chocolate sauce as pudding – yum! Churros are also really interesting to make and you will learn some handy baking techniques in this class as well.
