Enchiladas originated in Mexico where the practice of rolling tortillas around other food dates back to at least Aztec times! Immerse yourself in Mexican Spices to create Enchiladas and Margarita Cheesecake with us.

Enchiladas: This is an essential staple of Mexican food. We make our Enchiladas the authentic way with poached, shredded chicken (or Jackfruit) and a separate tomato sauce, packed full of rich, Mexican spices. Combining these and then rolling them into our homemade Tortillas makes these fantastic Enchiladas that we are sure you will make time and time again.

Margarita Cheesecake: We add a dash of Lime, Tequila & Cointreau to create this delicious cheesecake. This is definitely one to make again when you have guests – you'll have the recipe to so you can make it again and impress your friends!
