In this flamenco workshop, we will give an introduction to the history of flamenco and we will deconstruct the relationship between singing, dancing, guitar and percussion, along with the importance of the flamenco language and the codes that the artists use when creating this beautifully pure art.

You will receive an introduction to the basic rhythm of the tangos, one of the "palos" (styles) of flamenco, and will learn about the part that the cajon plays in maintaining the rhythm of this style, as well as the use of "palmas" (flamenco clapping) as a rhythmic instrument that everyone can play!
