Description: You can ditch the packets of Fajita spice mix as you will learn all about the Mexican spices so that you can make your own mix to your taste.

A choice of Chicken or Vegetables will top those sizzling peppers and onions and we will also whip up some homemade Guacamole and Salsa to make a perfect Fajita.

Do we use bought tortillas? no of course we don't! You make the Tortilla dough, roll them out and fry your own fresh Tortillas

This class's sweet treat is a quick and easy no bake Margarita cheesecake has wowed our customers in the past and is the perfect end to the meal – be warned there is Tequila & Cointreau in it! The cheesecake is so versatile that it promises to be a family favourite.
