Do you fancy adding some more plant based options into your diet? Want exciting Vegan food? If so this is the class for you as it also includes a demonstration and tasting element.

Cookery Class: Create a Thai Curry from scratch, working with Gretchen to devise your own curry paste using the classic Thai ingredients.

Demonstration: Whilst your Curry is cooking you will move to the Demo Bar to taste some delicious Plant Based Alternatives that will be prepared and cooked for you (there may be some 'this is one we made earlier' Blue Peter action too!!)

We will be demonstrating how to cook with and flavour:

Tofu

Jackfruit

Roasted Aubergine

Baked Cauliflower Steaks
