The Mayor of Chippenham's Transport Extravaganza

Take a look at great transport events over land, sea and air with the Mayor of Chippenham from the past few decades, using his own personal recordings. All proceeds will be going to the Mayor's chosen charity, Sight Research UK

The show is expected to include video of the GWR Steam Railmotor in action in various locations, the loco King Edward II on the Dartmouth Railway, steam on the Underground in central London, a spectacular display of Spitfires, Hurricanes and Messerschmitt 109s to mark the 75th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain, the final public flying display of the Avro Vulcan, and vintage trams in action in Lisbon and New Orleans, with added variety provided by paddle steamers.
