This show tells the story of distance runner and Ethiopian legend Derartu Tulu, charting her rise from the humblest beginnings to become the first African woman to win Olympic gold.

Circus Abyssinia returns to the UK by popular demand with a fantastic display of virtuosity from a 15-strong company whose skills include high-flying acrobatics, spinning roller-skating, mind-boggling feats and juggling extraordinaire driven by the happy beats of Ethiopian music.
