On the menu will be:
- To start: Gougeres (up-market cheesy puffs) - learn the skill of making perfect choux pastry
- Mains: Chicken Supremes in a white wine & tarragon reduction sauce; fricassee of leafy greens; hassleback potatoes
- Dessert: Tarte Tatin wth Chantilly cream
