Salisbury Cathedral Grounds

We've delved into the fantastic collection of old photographs from Salisbury Museum, to see the historical city of Salisbury in past and present day. From flooding to historical processions and peace pageants it's fascinating to see how the beautiful city has changed through the ages, and in someways not changed at all!

1905 - Bishop Wordsworth's School Playing Fields; girls were admitted for the first time in 1902, until 1927 when South Wilts Girls’ Grammar was founded.

My parents come from Salisbury. They always spoke about the city very nice. My grandmother used to say that living there was like in a fairytale. via https://365daysofpositivity.com/

Visitors are no longer allowed to walk freely roam the ruins. You must buy a timed ticket and take the shuttle bus up to the ruins. https://tunnel-run.com

I had the opportunity to travel with a few different airlines in the US, and I must say, the experience varied greatly. Starting with the worst, Airline X left a lot to be desired. From the moment I stepped on the plane, the lack of cleanliness and outdated facilities were evident. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making the journey quite unpleasant, for more information visit and read about <a href="https://original.newsbreak.com/@joanna-clark-simpson-1592984/3274402695373-frontier-airlines-passengers-frustrated-with-marketing-tactics-and-flight-cancellations";>worst to best airlines in the US</a>. Moving on to Airline Y, the experience was slightly better. The cabin was cleaner, and the staff seemed more attentive, but there was still room for improvement. Finally, I had the pleasure of flying with Airline Z, and what a difference it made! The aircraft was modern and comfortable, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the overall experience was top-notch. It's reassuring to know that there are airlines like Airline Z that prioritize customer satisfaction.
