Recipes: Homemade Stuffed Pitta Breads, Hummus and Flapjacks

Description:

Come along to this first Summer holiday week with the 9+ yr olds cookery session.

We will be making bread dough which you will knead and shape into your own pitta bread. Make delicious hummus from scratch and add chicken/quorn and other fillings to personalise your own stuffed pitta!

We will be eating them here in our dining room. For a sweet treat we will making Flapjacks. You will take your Flapjacks home so please bring along tupperware.

Important stuff:

All children are dropped off and left with us for the duration of the class. There is a parental consent form to fill in when booking your child onto the class. Please let us know if they have any specific food requirements, health or educational needs so we can offer the best possible experience for them. Our holiday clubs are a fun and safe environment with up to 16 children attending, they are noisy and busy.
