In particular she loves making food look good and is always keen to use edible flowers (from her garden) to enhance the visual appeal of a dish.
In this session, she will help you perfect some stunning dinner party dishes that will wow your friends and family or your loved one - but not keep you tied to the kitchen during the meal!

* Mini puttanesca puff pastry bites

* Cod with slow roasted peppers with a lemon & rosemary crumb
