Friday 9th & Saturday 10th June we'll be hosting Torie True of Chilli & Mint for a series of Indian cooking demonstrations & book signings all whilst surrounded by beautiful Indian & Oriental Art.

Torie is the author of 'Chilli & Mint: Indian Home Cooking From A British Kitchen' which is now in its second print run and stocked in Selfridges, Harrods, Waterstones and many other good bookstores! Torie has learnt her craft over the past 20 years from her travels in India and married into an Indian family. She's passionate about good food that is uncomplicated and easy to make & bringing healthy & authentic Indian home cooking to homes across the UK. Torie's spice tour & Indian cooking class has been a hit at fairs across the UK. She is a member of the Guild of Food Writers. You can also find her on Instagram @chilliandmint.
