Peter will take you on a culinary journey involving a wide range of spices and wonderful textures and colours and help you create some delicious food that you would find for sale on the streets in this colourful country.

He will guide your through:
- Making your own garam masala and creating a 'spice intensity' that suits your palate
- Oven baked samosas
- Garam aloo
- Tarka dhal
- Quick aromatic rice pilaff
- (possibly) the best bhajis in Wiltshire

The session will finish with a meal (including wine) and you will have some goodies to take home.
