Recipes: Mini Pasties and Jam Tarts

Description:

We are starting this October half term with the 4+ cookery session.

We will be making pastry for our mini pasties. They will create their own pasties and will add a variety of ingredients like potato, mince, and carrots to fill their own pasties.

We will be eating it here in our dining room. For a sweet treat we will making jam tarts. They will take the jam tarts home so please bring along tupperware.

Cost: £20.00 per child.

Important stuff:

All children are dropped off and left with us for the duration of the class. There is a parental consent form to fill in when booking your child onto the class. Please let us know if they have any specific food requirements, health or educational needs so we can offer the best possible experience for them. Our holiday clubs are a fun and safe environment with up to 16 children attending, they are noisy and busy. We expect all the children attending to behave respectfully and listen to instructions from the staff for their own safety and for the success of the class.
