About
Plain Arts Salisbury, the leading organisation representing local arts are delighted to announce the return of the Salisbury Art Trail which runs from September 3rd to September 18th
Covid caused the cancellation of the previous art trail which is run every two years and has been going since 1992, this being the 15th Art Trail
People in Salisbury are invited to visit local artists who are exhibiting in their own studios and workshops or to see their work on display in such places as Fisherton Mill, Waterstones and many more locations around the city.
The Trail has always been a big event in the arts diary and is enjoyed by both the local artists and the general public who visit them and see such wonderful art.
Salisbury has much to be proud of in encouraging the development and opportunities for an extraordinary array of local artistic talent ranging from painters to sculptors, photographers, fabric designers, glass design and many, many more.
Free Art Trail catalogues are available throughout the City and can also be picked up at the Salisbury Library where another delight awaits you.
Plain Arts have organised a special exhibition called Trailblazer which gives you the opportunity to view an example from each of the 75 artists taking part in the Art Trail. Take a look, see which art is of interest to you and then go visit that artist
