Learn about the way the Italians cook on charcoal, known as 'Grigliata'. This session is packed with tips on Italian cookery - using the best of summer produce including incredible chicken from Castle Mead Farm in Radstock, Somerset .It can be made suitable for vegetarians, but not vegan or gluten free. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask all your questions about cooking with charcoal.
