Swindon Recital Series is delighted to welcome back Caroline Dale cello with a spectacular Bohemian programme, full of drama, great melodies and virtuosic playing. Caroline has appeared as guest with many of the great orchestras; been featured on film scores such as Hilary and Jackie and Atonement; but her association with the likes of U2, Oasis and David Gilmour meant we couldn't resist asking for her rendition of that Bohemian Rhapsody…!

On October 30th she will join Paul Turner piano in a programme that includes Shostakovich's Sonata in D minor Op 40, written when he fell in love with a 20-year-old student, Bruch's Kol Nidrei, a work composed especially for Liverpool's Jewish community and inspired by traditional Hebrew melodies, and Freddie Mercury's Bohemian Rhapsody.
