About

Nestled in the North Wessex Downs in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Carvers Hill Estate is home to 22,000 vines and a state-of-the-art winery.

Our vineyard offers stunning views of the Wessex Downs - with rolling hills, lush greenery, and a serene atmosphere, it’s a perfect escape to experience the British countryside at its best.

Designed to celebrate wine, landscape and hospitality, the winery is complemented by elegant private event spaces, three luxury cedar-clad cabins, a Members’ Club room, cellar-door tasting area and a secure, bonded warehouse for fine wine storage.

Whether you’re seeking a luxury vineyard stay, a guided wine experience, or a truly memorable private event venue, Carvers Hill Estate offers a refined escape rooted in landscape, craftsmanship and quiet luxury.

Tours & Tastings

From grape to glass, join us for an immersive journey through the vines on a guided Tour & Tasting. Hosted by our winemaker, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes view of the wine-making process, our winery in action and a tasting of our award-winning wines.

Guided Tour & Tasting - £25 per person | 90 minutes | Wednesdays & Saturdays

Grand Tour - £65 per person | 2.5 hours | Wednesdays & Saturdays
