Peter Vaughan has worked with Spanish chefs in the past and has learnt many tips and techniques that will help you make authentic Spanish food. No wonder a restaurant in Spain often reaches 'best in the world' each year.
This will be an immersive experience into what simple & inexpensive ingredients such as leeks , almonds, peppers & tomatoes, have to offer and how beautifully they marry together with some culinary skills and attention.
You will be taking home your 'Burnt Basque cheese cake' which was created in a pintxos bar in San Sebastian' The Food Capital of Europe'. The dish was barely heard of in UK, until food writer Nigella Lawson brought to our attention on our TV screens. It is unique and delicious.
