In accordance with the request of King Charles III to celebrate his coronation, Malmesbury Town Council is hosting a community picnic on Sunday 7th May.
The picnic will start in the Cloister Gardens at 12.30pm, following a special service of thanksgiving for the King at Malmesbury Abbey.
The event will feature the Malmesbury Town Band and special activities for families.
Families are encouraged to bring their own picnics and to join in with the National Big Lunch as requested by the King.
