From Darkness to Light: the Advent Procession

All are welcome to join us for this extraordinary, atmospheric service as over 1000 candles are gradually lit, to illuminate the medieval interior, taking us from darkness into light as we embrace the hope of Advent.

Doors will be opened one hour before the start of each service. For those who have attended before, please note the earlier time of the Saturday service this year. No tickets are required for this service. Everyone is welcome. Entrance to the service is free. When you arrive and join the queue, queue tokens will be issued on each night, to ensure fair access to the Cathedral.
