Soft-Centred Chocolates Cookery Class

This session is a chocolate lover's delight. We are delighted and honoured to have an accomplished patissier and chocolatier to help us understand more about this wonderful ingredient.
Let's enter the world of soft white chocolate from Switzerland and tangy African mangoes blended with double cream to produce a gorgeous mango and white chocolate ganache. We will then "chemise" professional polycarbonate chocolate moulds with yet more chocolate and then fill with ganache. Then more chocolate to finish off- and then we wait. Once turned out they will be crisp and shiny- the best mango and white chocolate delights you have ever tested.

This session can be purchased in partner with the "chocolate experience" cookery class in the morning. Lunch will be provided with no extra cost.
