Where are your favourite places to visit in Wiltshire and why?
We are blessed to be surrounded by lots of beautiful National heritage sites, choosing one is almost impossible, however Salisbury Cathedral close is full of colourful history - Mompesson House, The Rifles Wiltshire Museum and Mottisfont Abbey are just a few of our favourites.
Do you have any hidden Wiltshire gems that you’d like to share with our readers?
St Thomas’s Church Salisbury – The Church was founded in the early 13th century – with absolutely stunning artwork, such as the ‘doom’ judgement painting – largest in England, along with the somerset Angel roof, 15th century – beautiful stained glass windows and little secluded church yard to sit for a moments piece and reflection.
Where’s your favourite Wiltshire picnic spot?
Wilton House or Lacock Abbey – both perfect if you are taking the family. Both places offer beautiful, spacious wooded grounds for all ages to explore before settling down for a picnic with the historic buildings creating an idyllic backdrop. Both are famous for their part in popular TV and Film, making it a fun experience for the whole family, whether you decide to promenade the gardens at Wilton house like that of Bridgerton, or run through the Lacock Abbey Cloisters like young Harry Potter.

Where are your favourite places to eat out in Wiltshire and why?
The Coach and Horses offer amazing Sunday roast and is an all-round, great family and dog friendly pub in Salisbury.
A little bit out of Salisbury is Pythouse kitchen gardens near Tisbury. We definitely recommend going there for exceptionally traditional British dishes.
