-how to make perfect shortcrust, avoid a soggy bottom and guarantee a light and crisp finish to your pastry
- use your sweetcrust pastry to make a Tarte Normande
- make choux pastry, which you will turn into: savoury gougere and profiteroles
A busy hands-on session, finishing with a light supper and a glass of wine or non-alcoholic refreshment, you will also have plenty of goodies to take home.
