Roam around the local shops, cafes and restaurants, and feel like you're on a film set. While you are here, don't forget to visit Lacock Abbey and the Fox Talbot Museum which has loads of seasonal events and fun for all the family.

For the mum who enjoys arts and culture

We have so many fabulous museums here in Wiltshire. Exhibitions to look out for include Creative Wiltshire at Chippenham Museuem and Heritage Centre, featuring the work of many influential artists who moved to North Wiltshire during the 20th century.

Wiltshire Museum in Devizes is currently showing The Winds and Words of War: an American First World War propaganda poster exhibtion, which is the only UK venue on the international tour of this collection.

If you are local to Salisbury then make sure to head to the Salisbury Snapped exhibition at The Salisbury Museum, featuring photos depicting the way Salisbury has changed through the decades.
