Time for Wiltshire Blog

This was the first time I'd been to Longleat, and with the Festival of Light in full swing there was not a better time to visit.

For those who have not encountered the Escape Room concept, they offer an hour or so of puzzle solving and team building in a pre-set scenario, testing mental agility.

I love this time of year, especially the leaves falling from the trees mainly because I’ve been told, and still believe, that if you catch one and make a wish it will come true!   

My name is Gretchen Winter and I created and own The Farm Cookery School on Netherstreet Farm in Bromham.  I also work our 300 acre Beef farm with my husband Matthew Winter.  I have always worked in some aspect of The Catering Industry and completed a degree in Hotel and Catering Management at Portsmouth University before going on to work in Restaurant and Event Management in London for 10 years.
