Blog (2019) - Visit Wiltshire

Hayley's favourite part about the role is seeing all the wonderful animals every day and working with a  great team of keepers. The Park is a beautiful place to work and to see all the different species everyday, in such beautiful surroundings, is a joy.

Last weekend Alex White (@alexwhite_21) took over our Instagram account with his own personal account on how photography in Wiltshire has helped him get through some difficult times. 

On the first weekend of March we had another fantastic Instagram takeover with Steph, and her two spaniels, Sev & Lily. Steph runs a dog friendly lifestyle blog @spaniellife and living in Wiltshire enjoys exploring dog friendly places altogether. 

Although 48 hours doesn’t seem like a long enough time to explore Wiltshire, we are going to be putting together some ideas to show you the places you can discover over a weekend break. Plus, we’ll show you how you can make the most out your time and squeeze a lot in to your stay.

On the second weekend of February we welcomed Kate Turnbull (@knittylicious) to takeover our Instagram account.

It’s easy falling in love with Wiltshire, with so many scenic places to visit, fantastic seasonal events and quaint villages with country pub gardens. Make time to visit Wiltshire this Spring and feel inspired with this beautiful array of Spring photos from around the county.  

During the takeover we journeyed through Wiltshire through Mark's eyes. From snowy scenic countryside to sharing some of his favourite places in Wiltshire it was fascinating to see his vision of this wonderful county.
